Synthetic Fermentation Heatmap
This plot should be viewed on a large screen. It is unfortunately not suitable for mobile devices and small screens.
What is this?
This is a heatmap showing the outcome of 40,000 chemical reactions using a 3-component coupling called Synthetic Fermentation. See our paper for more details.
How-To
Each square in this heatmap is an aggregate over all terminators used with the specified initiator (y-axis) and monomer (x-axis). Click a heatmap square to see all products with different terminators making up that square. You will see the structures of the desired products, the background color indicates which product type (A, B, C, None) was actually obtained as the major product. Empty (white, or black in dark mode) squares indicate that no attempt was made to use this reactant combination.
